About Monika

    A personal note from Monika:

Hi, I am your personal wellness coach and theta healing practitioner. I completed my diploma in personal life coaching through the Oxford College ODL with distinction.

Personal development always has been my main interest. I read books on on how to increase my confidence, boost my motivation, how to cope with stress to achieve the best work/life balance for me. The profession life coaching sparked my interest when I read Fiona Harrold's book " Be your own life coach." I felt that I wanted to help other people move forward with their lives the same way I have done.

More than 15 years ago, I came to London as au-pair. My aim was to improve my English and then look for work in the travel industry. I had a specific kind of life in mind when I left my parents' home for good. Being always very independent, I dreamed up my life of living and working abroad, living in my property, have a car, a cat and an active social life. Well, I accomplised everything and live a happy relaxed life. It is worth dreaming up the life you want to live and accomplish it step by step. It is sometimes difficult since obstacles turn up out of nowhere. But once you have achieved all your goals it is well worth the hard work.

I decided to coach my clients on wellness because I had health problems a few years ago. I gained weight due to emotiona eating habits. I didn't eat healthy. In fact, I mostly lived on take aways. Exercising didn't even exist in my vocabulary. It all has changed. I lost 3 stones and do regular sports, such as walking and yoga.
